Can`t get e-mail from your Earthlink friends or business partners?

Please login to your InfoStructure Control Panel
-> click on Spam Settings
-> Click the `Allow` tab and add `earthlink.net` to your allow list.

This should remedy not getting mail from Earthlink.

There will be a system wide outage this evening effecting Hosting, DSL, Radius, and Name Services. This is an unplanned maintenance outage to repair some damaged equipment.

Estimated Down time will be 1 hour after such a time you may need to power cycle your equipment.

We experienced a mail forwarding issue that was causing a variety of issues that lasted around 30 minutes.

Charter customers were experiencing issues checking email both from email clients and the webmail client.

Upon further testing it was found that Charter was having a routing issue locally.

Charter was contacted and through the course of an hour or so of working with them the issue was resolved.

We`re having issues w/ our phone system. We`re working on it and expect to have it fixed shortly. You should still be able to reach Technical Support at 800-419-4804, Option 2 or 482-8324, Option 2 if you`re local. There is also support@mind.net or billing@mind.net as well. Thank you for your patience. ** Replaced a faulty piece of equipment and the problem is now resolved.

We have just found out that Netgear has released a new version of Firmware for their routers - While this is not related to InfoStructure you may find if you have a Netgear Rangemax router that your internet connection is periodically disconnecting. This is common when a new version of Firmware is released

To upgrade the firmware on a Netgear router:
Open a web browser
Browse to http://192.168.1.1
Enter your username and password
Click Router Upgrade on the left
Follow the instructions provided there.

You must have a computer hooked to the router to do this, it is not recommended to use a wireless computer to update your router.

If you require assistance in doing this InfoStructure can recommend a paid tech that you can have visit your home.
